Terms of Service

The service

Bulin47AI provides an AI image-to-video service that creates a short video from a portrait you submit. The current product creates a fixed 480p, five-second, vertical video with generated Spanish-language rap audio. The service is provided as available, and outputs can vary with the uploaded portrait, provider availability, and generation systems.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account access secure. You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded portrait. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have every permission, right, and lawful authority needed to use it with the service, and grant us and our service providers a limited right to process it solely to provide the requested generation.

Portrait consent and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and have explicit permission to use every uploaded likeness. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other rights. You may not use Bulin47AI to break the law, deceive others, or cause harm.

You must not upload, request, create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Non-consensual impersonation: portraying a real person without permission, misleading viewers about identity or events, or creating deceptive deepfakes.
• Public figures or minors: portraits of celebrities, politicians, other public figures, or anyone under 18.
• Sexual or exploitative content: pornography, sexual exploitation, sexualised nudity, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Violence, hate, or harassment: graphic violence, threats, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, or material intended to glorify harm.
• Illegal or infringing activity: scams, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

AI output and originality

Every output is AI-generated and should be disclosed as such where appropriate. Generated video and audio may contain unexpected or imperfect results; review them before sharing. Do not request copyrighted lyrics or recordings, or an imitation of a recognisable real musician's voice. Bulin47AI does not use an original artist video, song, or voice recording as source material for your generation.

Safety controls and enforcement

We may use automated and human safety measures to screen requests and investigate credible reports of misuse. A request can be blocked or cancelled. We may remove content, restrict credits, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information where required, and cooperate with lawful authorities when appropriate. Automated measures can make mistakes and may be reviewed.

To report suspected impersonation, privacy concerns, intellectual-property issues, or prohibited content, use our contact page and include the relevant account email, job details, and a concise explanation.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Each generation requires the displayed number of credits. Credits are reserved when a generation begins. If a generation fails because of a service or provider failure, the reserved credit is returned once. The current planned credit packs are shown on the Pricing page.

Paid checkout and credit-pack purchases are not available until our payment provider has given written approval for this business. We do not currently collect payment card details. If paid features are enabled in the future, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented before checkout.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or business reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use following an update means you accept the revised Terms.
