Information we process

We process the information needed to provide the service: your account email address and basic profile information from Google sign-in; the portrait image you upload; the generation request and consent confirmation you submit; generated video files; your available credit balance and generation history; and basic technical, security, and service logs.

Only submit a portrait when you have the permission and legal right to use that person's likeness.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, upload and process your requested generation, deliver the resulting video, display your account history and credit balance, maintain safety controls, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your uploaded portrait to create a public gallery or to train a separate Bulin47AI model.

Portrait and video retention

Source portraits are stored only to create your requested generation and are scheduled for automatic deletion after 24 hours. Generated videos are kept in your private History for up to 7 days so you can download them, then are scheduled for deletion. You can remove a generation and its stored files from History earlier.

Keep a personal backup of any result you need beyond the available period. Technical logs and account records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate Bulin47AI: Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, SeeAPI to process requested AI video generations, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate page and product usage. These providers process information only as needed to provide their part of the service and under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies under Google's privacy practices. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not currently collect payment card details or operate checkout.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers required to run the product, when required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bulin47AI, our users, or the public.

Your choices and requests

You can delete a generated item in History. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Use the contact page for a privacy or data request and include the account email that you used to sign in.

Children

Bulin47AI is intended only for people 18 or older. Do not upload portraits of minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
